We will arrange for you to send it back to us for a refund or replacement. You must return it within 28 days of the original order. Any item returned must be in its original condition and original packaging.
The Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred including returning the order to us by traceable means. Please e-mail us at info@frommyheart.com.au and we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and a return address. You must receive an RA number before returning the product.
All returns are at your own expense. If a returned item is deemed faulty we will refund the postage in full. This policy does not in any way affect your statutory rights.
